With Love As Always

When I die I shall write you.
I will send you a letter which you will treasure
And carry always and everywhere,
And keep safe;
Safer than diamonds or prayers.

It will say nothing you don’t already know,
And yet you will read it again and again
For a spark of inspiration, a source of solace,
A key to devotion, and sensitivity
For thoughtful and generous words.

It will assist your senses and your passions,
Unleashing your potential and your power.
It will lay bare your soul to the righteous only,
And when you cry it will redeem your tears
And translate them into freedom.

I shall not seal its conclusion with a signature
For my name shall be no more,
But you will know that it is sent with love,
As always.
